    The following was given to me by a local ( CECIL L SELLERS) man's family
as were were checking out a possible connection to my line in the same
area of TX.  The provider (KEITH HAYES) gave it to me several years ago
and I recently ran across it and decided to forward it to the list.  I
have no further info on the family, but I SUSPECT that this is the Isaac
P Sellers family listed on the Carroll county, TN page
