1796-1812.

February 1811, this last will and testament was presented in Court and
proven in Open Court by oaths of Nehemiah Fowler, Elisha Phelps and Levi
Brookshere and ordered to be recorded and Jeremiah Batts and Nimrod
Browning the executors made Oath according to Law.

He is mentioned in the minutes several times between the years
1813 and 1830. In September of 1830, he asked for a letter

I am seeking information on the VICK family that lived in Springfield, Robertson County
from about 1813 to 1834. Richard VICK moved his family from Southampton County
VIrginia. He died soon after in 1818. His wife was Charlotte SIMMONS. Her brother was
Thomas and father is said to be Henry SIMMONS. Richard and Charlotte had five
children;Edwin,George, Henrietta, Margaret, and and Lucy. According to the guardianship
papers Dr. Edwin Vick was the guardian. I would like more information on the children of
Richard and Charlotte. Also, information about the Simmons Family.

There are also VICKS living close to SELLERS in NC, msh = (Isle of Wight, VA is one, msh)

marriage can be found about 1799 in Rutherford Co., NC.

chart!I haven't traced the HUDDLESTONS, except Wm's will in 1813 and an
Elizabeth HUDDLESTONS will in 1821, both in ROBERTSON CO, TN and
probably should order copies of these as an ELIZABETH SELLERS is
mentioned in the papers of Elizabeth, wife of Wm Huddleston.
I'm sure this Howell SELLERS is from Edgefield Co, SC = Rev War papers
But, we Need help on All these Western TN counties. And, I do want to
trace this ELIZABETH SELLERS connected to Huddlestons. Thanks , marie,

Marie, As far as I know there is no official document listing Daniel as the
definite husband of Elinor. It came down through some of the submissions
for the "Family Ties" journal. There could be a Bible record somewhere
this was referring to, but now I just have to say it is undocumented.

On Larkin Sellars Children: Jesse came to Graves County, KY in the early
to mid 1850's. John (Jack) according to family information lived around
Nortonville, KY.
Willis, David and Naracissus Caroline who is my gr. grandmother, and Martha
came after the death of Larkin in 1858. They were on the Graves County
Kentucky census in 1860.

The only children named in Larkin's will were: Martha, Narcissus Caroline
and David.
They all were willed land. David was willed the land Larkin bought from
Howell Sellars.

ROBERTSON CO, TN will - can you copy? or type? NEED all names, heirs,
witness, description of land.
Do you have extracts of any other Robertson Co, Tn wills? I believe mine
in county minutes only go to ca 1804 and we need these Huddleston wills
1821 and 1813.

LARKIN SELLARS LAST WILL

G. B. Fyke was born February 8, 1847, son of Jeremiah and Beady (Sellers) Fyke, and grandson of
Nathan and Nancy (Howell) Fyke, natives of North Carolina. The father of our subject was their
youngest child and was a farmer and shoe-maker. He was married three times, our subject being the
child of his first wife. He attended school at Cedar Hill, and when twenty-one years of age began
working for his father on the farm, continuing six years. He was married to Mary Solomon May 13,
1875, and purchased the farm of 116 acres where he now resides. They have one child, Eula M.,
born August 29, 1880. Mr. Fyke has been quite prosperous in his agricultural enterprises and raises
corn, wheat and tobacco. [p.1153] The family are good, substantial citizens, and the father is a
Democrat and cast his first vote for Seymour. He and wife are members of the Methodist Episcopal
Church South.
