County, Georgia. He married MARY JANE SELLERS, daughter of COONROD
SELLERS
and ARTIMISSIA PRINCE. She was born July 18, 1845 in Habersham County,
Georgia.

JAMES M.W.TABOR
This Indenture made this Twenty Eight day of July 1866, Eighteen
Hundred
and
Sixty; Witnesseth that I ARTIMISSA SELLERS as Executor of the Last
Will and
Testament of CONRAD SELLERS, deceased, for and in consideration
of the love
and affection which I have and bear for my daughter, MARY JANE and
her
husband, JAMES M.W. TABOR and also in consideration of Five Dollars
to me
paid by said JAMES M.W., which is hereby acknowledged, I the said
ARTIMISSA
do hereby in further consideration and pursuant of the Last Will
and
Testament of said COONROD SELLERS, grant, bargain and convey unto
the said
JAMES M.W.TABOR, in trust for the sole and separate use of his said
wife,
MARY JANE during her life, with remainder to her children and in
default of
children or child or representative of child living at her death
then to my
heirs, X All that tract or parcel of land in said County on which
said
JAMES
M.W. and his wife now lives, containing about Eighty acres and fully
described in a deed made by Martin R. Thomas conveying said land
to COONROD
SELLERS and dated 1st day of August 1856 and recorded in the Office
of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of said County in Book S, Page ? on
the 8th
January 1851 (looks like, but above says 1856), together with all
the
rights
and appurtenances thereto belonging, reserving to myself and ? of
said land
for three years next hereafter, ensuring one third of all crops
made and
raised on said land, and a Trustee hereby appointed and any future
transfer
may by and with the consents in writing of the said MARY JANE, but
not
adverse?, sell or discharge said land and the promises there of
? other
lands for the same uses, and with the same restrictions as herein
before
contained and for the same purposes and no other.
To have and to hold said tract of land for the uses aforesaid and
for this
purpose, I do hereby as Executor as aforesaid warrant the title
to said
premises unto the said James M.W., as Trustee as aforesaid and her
successors in fee simple .
Witness my hand and Seal. Signed, sealed and delivered the day and
year

I, as one of the heirs at law of COONROD SELLERS and Devise under
his Will,
do hereby of my own free will and accord assent to and reserve the

part of my distributive share of the estate of my father, the said
COONROD
SELLERS, this 28th July 1866, witness my hand and seal, MARY JANE

HABERSHAM COUNTY
I agree and assent to the above assent and receipt by my wife of
