Frederick Zoller and Jacob Zollars

I'm a direct descendant of the son Jacob (he is my 3rd great grandfather),
and have copied a great many names from the 1980 book "FREDERICK'S
HOPE" by
Wilson W. and Ruth Ellen Zollars-Stampe and Richard G. Zollars.
The book
collected information on Frederick Zoller's line. The will
is copied on
page 26, and here is what they say about it:

The Last Will and Testament of Frederick Zollars, who we consider
the first
immigrant of our family, the 'original progenitor of us all', is
found in
Washington County, Pennsylvania records; Will Book No. 3, p. 366,
as
follows:

Will of Frederick Zollars, deceased: "In the name of God,
Amen, I
Frederick Zullars of east Bethlehem Township Washington County and
State of
Pennsylvania being sick and weak in body, but in perfect sound mind
and
memory, but calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing
that is
appointed for all men once to die I do make and ordain this my last
Will
and Testament in manner and for to Wit, Principally and first of
all I
commend my immortal soul to God who gave it and my body to the Earth
to be
buried in a decent like manner at the discretion of my Executors
herein
after named, and as touching what Worldly goods wherewith God hath
pleased
to bless me with in this life, I give and bequeath in the following
manner
Item I, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Agnes Zullers
all my estate
real and personal, after all my debts and funeral charges is paid,
except
my Carpenters tools I give to my beloved son Adam Zullars, And after
my
beloved Wifes decease the whole of my estate that is or may be left
is to
fall to my son Adam Zullars I do make constitute, and appoint my
beloved
friend Adam Wise and my beloved son Jacob Zullars Executors of this
my last
Will and Testament, in Witness Whereof I have set my hand &
seal this 6th
day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
twenty.

Note: Frederick Zollars died between the dates of June 6, 1820
and June
27, 1820, the dates of his will and when his will was entered for
probate
in Washington County, Pennsylvania.
