Re: MICHAEL SELLERS, Deceased

To the Honorable the Judges within named I the within named
Administrator reports that after having given due and legal notice of
the time and place of sale he did on the sixteenth day of February
last exposed the fourth property within described to publick sale Viz:

The undivided fifth part of two hundred acres of State Land and sold
the same to CHRISTIAN KOZER, SAMUEL SELLERS and LEONARD SELLERS for
four hundred & ninety dollars payable the one half on the first day of
April next and the ballance in one year thereafter without interest
and on the seventeenth day of February last the second & third within
described properties and sell the latter Viz.

One acre of ground adjoining the town of St. Thomas to JOHN SNIDER for
one hundred dollars payable upon delivering of the deed,

that he failed to sell the second described property for want of a
sufficient bidder for the same, That he did not offer the first
described property being a house & Lot in the said town of St. Thomas
for sale because one of the creditors of the intestate had released a
claim of two hundred dollars against the estate and he the
Administrator, believes he will be able to settle the estate without
selling said house and lot that <*----> The properties sold those
were the highest and best prices bidden for the same and the purchases
the best bid. He therefore prays your Honours to confirm the sale of
those properties which were sold & to renew the order for the sale of
the second described property.

JACOB HADES, Administrator

8th March 1836 On motion court confirm the sale, sold on the 16th and
17 days of February last. Order Continued.

[Christian Kozer/Coser/Cozier possible brother-in-law to Michael,
Samuel and Leonard Sellers. Hopefully my George too.]
