Pennsylvania
This Indenture made the second day
of April in the year of our Lord
One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Eighty nine Between HENRY SELLERS of
the Township of Rockhill in the
County of Bucks and State of
Pennsylvania, Weaver, and SUSANNA
his wife of the one Part and ISAAC
DERSTINE of Rockhill Township
aforesaid, Miller, of the other Part,
Witnesseth that the said HENRY
SELLERS and SUSANNA his wife for and in
consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Pounds lawful money of
Pennsylvania in Silver and Gold unto
them well and truly in hand paid
the said ISAAC DERSTINE at or before
the Sealing and delivery hereof:
The Receipt whereof they the said
HENRY SELLERS and SUSANNA his wife
hereby acknowledge and thereof
acquit and forever discharge the said
ISAAC DERSTINE his heirs and assigns
by these presents: They the said
HENRY SELLERS and SUSANNA his wife
have granted bargained sold
conveyed released and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargain
sell convey release and confirm unto
the said ISAAC DERSTINE his heirs
and assigns Two Lots or pieces of
land situate lying and being in the
Township of Rockhill and county of
Bucks, aforesaid the first thereof
beginning at a post in a line of
JACOB CLEMMERS land and from thence

ISAAC DERSTINE South thirty seven
degrees and an half West Thirty
seven perches and seventenths of a
perch to a Post on a Black Oak and
by the same North Forty nine
Degrees West Forty Perches to a post

DERSTINE Mill thence down in middle
of the said Race to the creek.
Thence in the middle of the creek
down to JACOB CLEMMERS land the next
following three courses and <

degrees and a half east twelve perches to
JACOB CLEMMERS land thence by the

place of beginning containing twelve
