Subject:  Iles, probate or divorce records

I have been unable to find out what happened to my g g grandfather
Henderson Iles after 1860.  He is in the Lane County census with a
wife Lucinda and several children..I found a marriage record for his
wife in 1869 and the 1870 Lane census has Lucinda living with a
married daughter along with some children without her new husband or
my grandfather.  Does Lane County have indexes for probate and divorce
records?  If I would write to the County Clerk would they be able to
help me find this information?  Thanking you in advance.
