as agreed between him and brother William

To grandson James Cellars MARTIN - $25 paid as soon as he arrives at
age 18 - for improvement of his mind

To daughter Elizabeth - $350 to be paid in land at $23 per acre -
location to be determined by her and William

To grandson James Cellars BARBER - $25 to be paid to his mother as
soon as he arrives at age 14 - for education.
