       I am not really sure if this is the right John W. Sellars. I am
working backward with only one known. J. W. Sellars is listed in the 1880
Calhoun County Mississippi Census. The listing is as follows:
                               J.W. Sellars  w m 68  widowed  farmer SC SCSC (born ca 1812)
                               Robinson, M. w f 50   single sister-in-lawALA ALA ALA
                               Sellars, Martha  w f 5  dau.   Ms. SC ALA (ck Coahoma Co., Ms)

       Martha Sellars was my ggrandmother. I don't have a trace of J.W. or
M. Robinson before or after 1880.  I suspect that J.W. was Martha's
grandfather.
We were always told that she was raised by her grandfather and her aunt.
        Do  you know who his wife was, his children, or if your John W. ever
left SC?
