DEATHS , APRIL 2006

A cousin sent me the following link for searching death certificates in Missouri from 1910 to 1955. I found some wonderful treasures there too!

If you have relatives who lived in Missouri or have
reason that your relative may have died in a hospital
in Missouri with residence in Illinois, then the
following information will be helpful to your
research.

Today - 6 April 2006 - Secretary of State Robin
Carnahan is scheduled to hold a press conference at
the St Louis County Library auditorium to announce
access to an index of the MO deaths from 1910 to 1955.
The index is up and running as I just checked it.

The index has two features as of this writing -

Index is complete for: 1910 - 1955
Images are available for: 1910 - 1920

You can check it out at -
