Marie & List:  I have received the certified copy of John Ward Sellers,
b.1825-27 AL. marriage license and have posted below.  It shows, like
others on
the same page, the license having been given several months AFTER the
celebrating of the actual rites.  I assume I should use the actual
celebrating of the rites' date rather than the license date.???  Does
anyone have comments about this dating method?  Also, please note the
bride's name.  This is the one I will post and guess it will need to be
updated on the Matthew Sellers page.  Thanks & I welcome your input,
Lynda

LYNDA - Thanks for sending old /connecting e-mails-
And I am Sorry - I see No Proof-ON either of these Charts-

CYNTHIA connected to Wm 1791 (Mathew has son ca this age and in same
location)
But, How about the Mathew Sellers married 1811 Mary Boazman in Brunswick
with
Mathew as Bondsman?
What is this Mathew Sellers age? as Mathew 1760 didn't have any kids in
1790)
And Where is Mathew Sellers and Mary Boazman in 1820/30/40/50?

Do we have ages of All of Wm 1791 kids? and Names?

We need Ages/Names on ALL these kids or possibilities and where they went.

But, will continue to Search/Prove Out these Possibilities

RE: Letter/Reference about JOHN WARD SELLERS 1825
married 1845 Pike Co, Al Lydia Goodwin
Not being a son of Mathew 1760

I Would Like to Know Why ?
He had 3 SONS born 1820/25 and No one Has Proven  All three!

Mathew SELLERS 1760
son  179l = WM ? MATHEW? (what was Mathews age?)
 son 1805 =JOHN
did he have son JOHN born 1825 (where in 1830/40/50=)send info
John SELLERS born 1805 on the 1840 Pike Co,Al census does have 2 males
living
with him 1820/25) which I kinda thought brothers from the 1830 census. As
Mathew and wife don't have these kids living with them.

But, Maybe the 1837 marriage wasn't his first marriage? Anyone have his
kids
ages or the census reading on him in 1830?

IF ABOVE didn't have male child born ca 1825 - WHO else could have?
====
Mathew SELLERS 1760
who had 3 SONS born 1820/25
COULD HAVE A SON JOHN WARD SELLERS born 1825 and parents called him WARD -
and
Some Parents Had Two kids by Same Name as JOHN!

We still have a John W. SELLERS that is an Unproven Undocumented Son-
Several of these Kids are only proven as ages on census, so far - perhaps,
