Andrew Jackson Sellers was the son of Henry Madison Sellers and Mary Jane Bentley, and the brother of H. M. "Buck" Sellers. He was born 15 Jan 1848, Henderson Co Ky; died 02 May 1876, Webster Co Ky.

He married Mary Jane Melton 11 Nov 1861, Webster County.

Mary Jane and her second husband, George Minor, are also buried at Shady Grove Cemetery.

Mary Jane Bentley was born 9 Nov 1821 Henderson Co Ky. and died 10 Jan 1893 Webster Co Ky. She was the daughter of William Bentley and Ann Barr.
Their sons, H. M. Sellers and Andrew J. Sellers are both buried at Shady Grove Cemetery as well.

Sellers, died at 2 a.m. Tuesday at her home near Sebree. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Mary Smith of Mishawaka, Ind., Mrs. Minnie Gibson of South Bend, Ind., and Mrs. Lucy Walker of Sebree; a step-daughter, Mrs. Lina Carter of Mishawaka; a son, Everett (Jack) Sellers of Sebree; sisters, Mrs. Bealie Cates of Evansville, Mrs. Minnie Sutton and Mrs. Delia Light of Sebree; brother, Lee McGraw of Sebree; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 o'clock this morning at Springfield Funeral Home in Sebree, with the Rev. E.Y. Laslie of Poole officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove cemetery, Poole.
