1840 and 1850 Milroy,Rush Co Ind census puts James-Mahala with Andrew.
No great difference in James m Pullance [Plantz,]and Andrew m Hill. They
and 40 years later, out of Brown Co about together. James m Pulance had 23

Pisgah Ridge cemetary,or 23 acres of steep hillside.
Andrew was a squatter 3-5 miles nw.

No, she might not be on the 1890. 1889 is her son's marriage.
Anyway,she was buried at Amelia,Clermont,in 1896.
Re my wife's other SELLERS tie. She had a Patterson-Pattison gal who m 1
SELLERS,IN Bracken,Ky,and 2,in Clermont,a Glancy,and 3,in Clermont,a
Moore,and then lived a widow.
1820 census shows some Patterson as next name to Moore's mill. Hints that
there was an earlier tie.

Some time ago I reached my "brick wall". I want to search backwards of
1797 and as you will imagine its most difficult. I am searching
KIRKPATRICK and I would be grateful if some kind soul could shed some
light on the subject. Am beginning to wonder if I should take a
teaspoon of my own advice and join the Liverpool list in that the
children of this family were born there even though Caldy is their
David KIRKPATRICK born 1797 - d. 1864 married to Mary SILLERS or
SELLERS 10 May 1818. David Kirkpatrick was described as a Surgeon. I
have an idea he was a Horse Surgeon connected with the races.

This is quite likely her mother's baptism, from the IGI :-
21 October 1796
Oldham Street Presbyterian Church, Liverpool
Mary SELLARS (born 20 October 1796)
Father John SELLARS
(All these people are of course in my extended family tree by virtue of the
as yet unfound Thomas REALEY/Mary KIRKPATRICK marriage c1852).
