I am researching the SELLERS and the
DONALDSON families
from Haywood County,
N.C. These are my grandfathers surnames. In
addition, I am researching my grandmother's families,
the
COGBURN and LOOPER families from the
same area.
My father's father, Benjamin Franklin SELLERS sr.
married
Martha Ann Cogburn in 1905. They have 10
children: Chester, Mary,
Edith, B.F. jr., John, David,
Essie, William, Bonnie, and James. He
moved from
Georgia to N.C. in the 19th century.
My mother's father, Jacob Lawrence Donaldson
married Lydia
Looper (unknown date). They have 8
children: Mary, Florilla,
Katherine, James, William,
Clarence, Evelyn, and Francis Elizabeth.
They
resided in South Carolina early in the first half of the
20th century.
I have found numerous references to family members
in the
Social Security cd-rom set provided by Family
Tree Maker, but no
information in the World Family
Tree cd-rom set.
Any information will be appreciated.

Alan Sellers

Dear Marie:
Where is the web page? All I
get is "Sellers Genealogy Page #2". Do
you have any new information
for me? My FTM home page is currently
under construction - I am
removing living individuals with ged clean.
The book that I had will be put
back on soon. You can keep the link to
my page. I have some new
information from the Cogburn branch of my
ancestor tree on the Sellers that
details their life here in the mnts.
I am working 2 jobs this summer so that
I can go to school at the
university this fall and it will be Tues or Wed
before I can work on my
web page any more. Visiting my
www.dnet.net/kaseller page (genealogy
page) and then the tree graphic will
tell you about my 8 ggp(incl
Cogburns).
thanks
