Joseph Henry, Jacob Milton, Philip Morgan)-Who were their mothers and what

John Sellers Fudge (b. Mar 7/1827 Greene Co. OH, m. Martha Jane Boots on
9/13/1868, d. 2/21/1898 Greene Co.OH). I list their children as Catherine
Fudge m. Stafford and Racer, John Milton m. Black, Lewis Morgan m. Mc
Daniel, Marietta m. Tyler and Black, Susan Serepta m. Bosman, Anna
charlotte m. St. John, Joseph Raper (died young), Laura, Charles B. m.
Armitage, Ulysses Frank m. Martin, Allice Florence (Allie) m. St John,
Harriet Maria (Hattie) m. Ehle. Much of this generation ended up in
Indiana-in Delaware Co. around Niles and Albany.

Merritt (son to Helen Jeanette Fudge Merritt) was born in Wabash IN and is

All I have on the Sellers branch is Catherine's name, that she was born in
Greene Co. OH Feb 22, 1802, married John May 13, 1821, died Nov 7, 1835 in
Greene Co. OH. John (Catherine's husband) served for a number of years in
the state legislature (upper & lower houses) and was a county commissioner
and a judge, owned land near Xenia,OH, farmed and operated a tannery( John
(W?), b. April 13, 1796 Botetourt Co. VA, d. Sept 15, 1868).

Child: John Sellers Fudge,b.March 7,1826 (or 27) in Greene Co. OH,married
Martha Jane Boots of Greene Co. OH on August 4, 1830 (she b. 1830). Farmer
in OH, moved to Indiana 1864-Niles Township, farmed and traded land (very
successfully, becoming well-to do, fortunately for him some land held gas,
became a stockholder in Albany Cas Co. ).

Children of John Sellers and Martha Jane:
Charles B. Fudge b. Xenia OH Sept 24, 1863, (principal clerk in store Bliss
& Keller in Muncie IN), married to Nellie Armitage June 14, 1892.

David Harrison Fudge, b.?, d. Kokomo (date ?) Children Oscar and Ada
Simeon M. Fudge (twin)  & George Addison Fudge (twin) b. shortly before
1835
, mother         died while holding one of them on her lap. George lived to
be 83
Joseph Henry Fudge
Jacob Milton Fudge, children-Roger and Raymond
            [There was a son of another marriage of John's- Philip Morgan
Fudge (he was said to               be the black sheep of the family)-I
don't know the name of his mother though]

On GenForum a posting by Mary K George on Sept 01, 1999
(genforum.genealogy.com/fudge/messages/213.html)  it lists 3 wives for
John;
Temperance Spahr, Susan Barnett and #3 Catherine Sellers. That posting also
