I received the following obit for Malinda Sellers Moody
Stone today
extracted from the Greenville Advocate
by Mary Collins. I hope this will
make the connection to Wm Sellers from there. They married
in 1808 and she
was born in 1810.
"Malinda Stone was born in Henderson County,
Kentucky, July 17, 1810 and
died near Mulberry Grove, Bond County, Illinois,
February 15, 1876, aged
sixty-six years, six months and nineteen days. In 1827 she
married Richard
Moody, soon after they moved from Pope County, Illinois to Bond
County,
Illinois, settled near Greenville.
In 1835, she was left a widow, with
several children. On July 20, 1837 she married James Stone,
who survives
her.", p. 19-20
