     This indenture made this Sixth day of December in the year of our Lord
Eighteen hundred and fifty three, between JAMES PRINCE of the State and
County aforesaid duly constituted administrator of the Estate of ANDREW
PRINCE late of said State and County deceased of one part and COONROD
CELLARS of the same place of the other part.  Witnesseth that whereas by
virtue of an Order granted by the Honorable Court of Ordinary of said
County
previous notice of application having been given, agreeable to the Statute
in such case made and provided on the February the Seventh Eighteen hundred
and fifty three, administrator as aforesaid to sell a tract of land
belonging to said deceased, situate lying and being in the County aforesaid
known and distinguished as Lot No. 4 in the tenth District containing two
hundred and fifty acres, with the _____ numbers and appurtenances thereto
belonging, after the said tract of land was duly advertised in conformity
to
law, the same was put up and exposed to Sale to the highest bidder, at the
door of the Courthouse at Clarksville in said County with the legal hours
of
Sale on the first Tuesday in December 1853 by said JAMES PRINCE,
administrator as aforesaid, where said tract of land was knocked off the
said COONROD CELLARS at the price or sum of Sixty-five dollars and fifty
cents to the highest bidder.  Now for and in consideration of the said sum
of Sixty-five Dollars and fifty cents cash in hand paid to said JAMES
PRINCE, Adm. as aforesaid, by him COONROD CELLERS at and before the selling
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.
Said JAMES PRINCE, Adm.as aforesaid hath granted bargained hold and by
these
presents doth grant, bargain sell unto the said COONROD CELLARS his heirs
Executors Adm. and assign, the said tract of land No. 4 four in the tenth
District of said County, with all the _____ numbers? and appurtenances
thereto belonging or any wise appertaining unto him said COONROD CELLARS
his
heirs Executors Adms. and assigns to his and their proper use benefit and
behoof forever in fee simple.

       This Indenture made this the first day of August in the year of our
Lord Eighteen hundred and fifty Six, between MARTIN R. THOMAS of the County
and State aforesaid of the one part, and COONROD SELLERS of the same place
of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Martin R. Thomas for and in
consideration of the sum of Two hundred and twenty five Dollars to him in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained sold and
conveyed, and does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the said COONROD SELLERS his heirs & assigns, all that tract or parcel of
land, situate, lying and being in the County aforesaid, on the waters of
the
Middle Fork of Broad River in said County, granted to Matthew Alexander and
conveyed by him to David and Isaac Lindall, known as the Lindal (could be
Tindall) place, beginning on an ash corner, on the west side of said River
within thirty five yards of the old Alexander tract of land, on the upper
line above where the said upper line crosses the river, thence running a
west course, a strait line to run seven yards north of a walnut tree on
said
line of the Alexander tract of land, until it intersects the upper line of
the said Alexander land, which said Alexander land is now owned by Daniel
Southerland, known as county land and thence along said Alexander tract of
land until it strikes the line of the said Lindall tract, thence running
along the line of the said Lindall tract of land until it strikes the old
four mile purchase on the eastern line, thence along the said four mile
purchase line until it strikes said river, thence down said river to the
beginning ash corner supposed to contain eighty acres more or less, with
all
the rights members? and appertances to said lot of land in anywise
appertaining or belonging.
     To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said
COONROD SELLERS his heirs and assigns, together with all and singular the
rights, members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner
belonging to his and their own proper use and benefit and behoof, forever
in
fee simple, And the said MARTIN R. THOMAS, for himself his heirs executors
and administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said COONROD
SELLERS his heirs and assigns and will warrant and forever defend, the
right
and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other
persons whatever.  In witness whereof the said MARTIN R. THOMAS hath
hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written.

Coonrod Sellers of the other part both of the County and State aforesaid.
Witnesseth that the said Hannah Thomas for and in consideration of the sum
of fifty dollars to her in hand paid by the said Coonrod Sellers at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and does by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Coonrod
Sellers his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate,
butting and bounded as follows, beginning at a pine corner on the four mile
purchase line adjoining lot number thirty six in the twelfth district of
said County and running thence a South direction to a pine corner of the
survey granted to Zachariah Kytle, thence a Southwest direction to a
chestnut corner on the survey granted to Mary Hancock, thence a northwest
direction to a chestnut oak corner on the four mile purchase line, thence
the original four mile purchase line around to the beginning pine corner,
and which tract of land includes a part of both the said Kytle and Hancock
survey, containing one hundred and fifty acres more or less.  To have and
to
hold unto him the said Coonrod Sellers his heirs and assigns, the said
bargained tract of land and premises, together with all and singular the
rights members (could be numbers?) and appurtenances, thereof to the same
in
any manner belonging or thereunto appertaining every part thereof to him
the
said Coonrod Sellers his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever in fee simple.  And the said Hannah Thomas for
herself, her heirs, executors and administrators, the said bargained and
conveyed tract of land and premises and every part thereof, unto him the
said Coonrod Sellers his heirs and assigns, with and shall by virtue of
these presents, warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof
against the claim of themselves and against the claim of all other persons
whomsoever.

together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenance thereof
to the law in any manner belonging to his and their own purposes benefit

Pittard for themselves their heirs Executors and administrators, the said
bargained premise unto the said Coonrod Sellers his heirs and assigns, will

Hundred and Sixty Six, Witnesseth that I Artimissa Sellers as Executor of
the Last Will and Testament of Coonrad Sellers, deceased, for and in
consideration of the love and affection which I have and bear for my
Daughter, Mary Jane and her husband, James M.W.Tabor, and also in
consideration of five Dollars to me paid by Said James M.W., which is
hereby
acknowledged.  I the said Artimessa hereby in further consideration and
pursuance of the last Will and Testament of said Coonrod Sellers grant
bargain and convey unto the said James M.W.Tabor in trust for the Sole and
Seperate use of his Said wife, Mary Jane during her life with remainder to
his children and in default of children or _____ or representative of Child
living at her Death thereto my heirs.  All that tract or parcel of land, in
said County and which Said James M.W. and his wife not lives containing
about eighty acres and fully described in a deed made by Martin R. Thomas
conveying said land to Coonrod Sellers and dated 1st day of August 1856 and
recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Said County,
Book S, Page 188/9 on the 8th January, 1851 together with all the rights
and
appurtenances thereto belonging (reserving to myself as _____ of said land
for three years_____ hereafter ensuing one third of all crops more
_______(Unreadable).  And the Trustee hereby appointed and any further
trustee may be and for the consents; writing of the said Mary Jane, but not
otherwise sell or exchange said land and the premises thereafter ____ for
the same _____ and with the same restrictions as hereinbefore contained and
for the same purpose and for other).
     To have and to hold Said Tract of land for the reason aforesaid _____
this purpose I do hereby as Executor as aforesaid warrant the title to said
premises with the said James M.W. as Trustee as aforesaid and his
