     This Indenture made and Entered into this fifth day of January
Eighteen
hundred and Eighty-five between L. B. Norton of the one part and C. M.
Sellers of the other part both of the County & State above mention;
Witnesseth That I the said L. B. Norton for & in consideration of the sum
of
One hundred Dollars to me in hand paid at & before the sealing & delivery
of
the present hath bargained sold & granted & conveyed and doth by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said C. M. Sellers his
heirs
& assigns all that tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the
County & state above named containing 45 acres more or less bounded as
follows on the West by E.N. Sellers land South by Widow Crump, East by Acre
beginning at R. Oak where E.N. Sellers land corners thence with E. N.
Sellers line to branch to Rock corner S.E. Direction to Red oak thence
South
Direction to Rock East Direction to Rock thence South Direction to Hickory
thence West direction to beginning to have & to hold same track or parcel
of
land to him the same C. M. Sellers his heirs & Assigns together with all
and
singular the rights members & Appurtenances thereof to the same in any
manner to his & their own proper use benefit & behalf forever in fee simple
& the said L. B. Norton for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
the same bargain premises to the same C. M. Sellers his heirs & assigns
will
warrant & forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and
against the claims of all other persons whatever in Witness whereof the
said
L. B. Norton hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day & year
above written.

named of the part E. N. Sellers of the same place of the other part;
Witnesseth that the said L.B. Norton for & in consideration of the sum of
one hundred & Ten Dollars to him in hand paid at & before the sealing &
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted bargained sold & conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said E.N. Sellers his heirs & assigns all that
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County & State
above
named containing 62 acres more or less, bounded as follows  beginning at a
Red oak corner thence S 82-1/2 E 11.35 to Hickory; thence N. 41 E 38.25 to
Red oak thence N 45 W 19 to post oak sapling thence S 29 W 45 to beginning
corner bounded on South by William Crump on East by L. B. Norton's land on
West by Eliza Ward land to have & to hold same tract or parcel of land to
him the said E.N. Sellers his heirs & assigns together with all and
singular
the rights members and appertances thereof to the same in any manner to his
& their own proper use benefit & behoof forever in fee simple & the said
L.B. Norton for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators the said
bargained premises to the said E.N. Sellers his heirs & assigns will
warrant
& forever defend the rights and title thereof against themselves & against
