I am looking for information on my gg-gf, William F. Sellers.  He was born
in
Tennessee around 1861.  He was married to Elizabeth ?, who died June 3,
1907
in Knoxville, TN and is buried there at Greenwood Cemetary.  Their son,
Walter
Bert Sellers, is my great-grandfather.  He is also buried at Greenwood.  He
was born June 5, 1887 in Jefferson County, TN and died March 5, 1916 in
Knoxville.

William F. Sellers died at the age of 67 in Columbia, SC on December 6,
1928
and was subsequently interred next to his wife in Greenwood Cemetary.
Relative interring was Mrs. B. B. Armstrong, his daughter.

The wife of Walter Bert was Ella Louise Murphy.  After he died, she
remarried
a Talley and was later buried at Greenwood Cemetary after her death on
March
25, 1933.  She was born December 31, 1892 in Sevier County, TN.  Their son,
Clyde Royce Sellers, is my grandfather.  Their other children include
Floyd,
Bert, and Ethel.

Any further information on this family line would be greatly appreciated.

Am searching for any information on the Sellers family in East Tennessee.
The
furtherest information I have back is on William F. Sellers who died in SC
but
was originally from TN and is buried there (date of death 12/6/1928).  His
wife was Elizabeth (Lizzie), last name unknown, who is also buried in
Knoxville.  She died 6/3/1907 as the results of a carriage accident.  Their
son, Bert, is my great-grandfather (born 6/5/1887; died 3/5/1916).  He was
married to Ella Louise Murphy (born 12/31/1892; died 3/25/1933), who
remarried
after his death to a man named Talley.  They were both born in Tennessee
(Jefferson and Sevier Counties respectively) and are buried at Greenwood
Cemetary along with William and Lizzie.

Okay, to address the lineage, etc.

My first question is:  what about the discrepancy between the ages of
William
F.?  He is listed in the 1900 census as being born in 1861, but the William
F.
son of Robert and Martha is listed as being aged 11 in 1870 and age 1 in
1860,
putting his birth at 1859.  The only confirmation I have of that date is a
copy of his interrment record from Greenwood Cemetary in Knoxville.  It
doesn't list his actual date of birth, but states he was 67 at the time of
death in 1928.

As far as Bert, Sr. is concerned, I don't know when he married, but I do
know
that he died in Knoxville, so I'm assuming that he stayed in TN the whole
time.  I have a copy of his obituary from the Knoxville Sentinel at the
time,
and it said that he died at home.  I know that William F. died in Columbia,
SC
and was returned to Knoxville for burial, but I believe he moved there
after
his wife's death to live with his daughter and her husband.  I don't know
which of the daughters this was, but she signed his interrment record and
is
listed as a Mrs. B. B. Armstrong of Columbia.  I believe that she and her
husband are buried in Greenwood Cemetary in Knoxville as well.

Anyway, this is long-winded enough, so I'll stop for now.  Thanks again,
Marie.  It was great to finally find out Elizabeth Bradshaw's maiden name.
I've visited their graves several times over the years and it's always made
me
feel a bit odd to see my name on a gravestone.  Everyone's help is most
appreciated.
