I am searching for the ancestory of William Newton Arthur
born Dec. 29, 1828 in Barbour County, Alabama. He married
1. Caroline Whatley 2. Elizabeth Brashear 3, Elizabeth
Jane Keith. He died Oct 28, 1875 and is buried in
Roundgrove Cemetery, Dublin, Texas. His daughter Emoline
married Charles Amanuel Arthur who she claimed was her
cousin. I would be very interested in anything on this
"family"

It appears that the members of this "family" are the children of Philllip Arthur, b 1806 in Ga., m to
Dorcas Sellers, b in SC. Siblings appear to be Mary Jane, Thomas Marion, Boreman, John W. and
Benjamin Phillip.
