ANDREW JACKSON SELLERS was born 14-11-1835 and died 14-09-1916. His
military
records show he enlisted 12-08-1861 and assigned to Company D 3rd Reg't
Illinois Calavary. He enlisted in Greenville, IL. He was 25 , enlisted
for
3
years, and discharged at Little Rock, AK on surgial certificate
of
disability
24-04-1864.

Andrew Jackson Sellrs was born November 14, 1835 in Polk County,
Ilinois
and
died September 14, 1916. He was married to Miss Catherine
Watts of Bond
County, Illinois on December 4, 1861.
To this union were born nine
children,
5 of whom remain. They are: (see previous Email), please.
The article continues: Mr. Sellers came to Missouri in the
fall of 1884
and
settled on a farm in Bates county where
with the exception of five years,
he
made his home until his death. Funeral services were conducted
at the
home on
Friday, September 15 at 10 o'clock by Rev. L. W. Keele of Butler
and the
body
was laid to rest in Oak Hill cemetery.
That is all the article said and the only reference I have as
to his
place of
