Dear Marie; Sorry to be so long! Isham's Will- See Betty Sellers at
(kyseeker@comsource.net)- names the children of Unis Sellers and provides
for
them at the rate of 1$ ea. The pension records of Isham shows he served in
a
unit commanded by his brother-in-law Wm Homer Vann. I took him to be his
wie's brother. I saay this but I do not know of a sister of Isham's. A
jacob Sellers in Sampson Co, N.C. is shown with 5 white males +16 and 2
white
females in the 1790 Census ./ None of these can I name, can you? I am
related to Lucertia Sellers, of Isham and Lydia Barr Sellers Rawley.
Lucretia
is not listed in his Will. Lucretia was born 1800 in Ky and marr James E.
Brown c 1840 in Ky. Other issue of Isham and Lydia according to Betty;

THEY lived in a very tight area = WE have many land descriptions on our Duplin/NewHanover/Sampson Co, NC pages.

AND these LAND descriptions MUST be checked to see if SAME. They are close.

1757 a SAMUEL SELLERS deeds some of this land to MATHEW PRIDGEON

which could be the same

SAMUEL SELLERS died/will 1784 with daughter ELIZABETH PRIDGEN and a son ABRAHAM SELLERS.

and could be same

MATHEW PRIDGEN 1732 with daughter ELIZ , wife of ABRAHAM SELLERS that went to AL/GA (rev war records)

THIS would equal TWO proven Sellers/Pridgen marriages =

ELIZABETH SELLERS to a PRIDGEN = no further info= She would be an ELIZ PRIDGEN on a census/record

ABRAHAM SELLERS and wife ELIZABETH PRIDGEN to AL/GA = She would be an ELIZ SELLERS on a census/record

AND we can't seem to follow them thro!

There is a JOHNSON proven? here that should be followed on.

AND Each of Samuel SELLERS will 1784 Kids = should have a chart and follow on =

PLEASE, send a small time line, chart ON what you have proven/traced, etc.

SOMETIMES and NOW, you may need to trace EACH child of these families.

(these other counties made from this land in New Hanover.)

IT is NOT in will of SAMUEL SELLERS 1784 Sampson Co, NC
