Thanks for the information. Juber/Jubiter Sellers and his wife Martha
were my great-grandparents! I have not been able to locate any census
information listing them.
I am the granddaughter of Wesley Sellers, who married Betty Moorer in
Dec., 1907 or Jan., 1908. Children: Robert, Ernest, Ervin, Edward,
Douglas, Arthur, Willie Nell, Ceola and Mamie Viola, all deceased except
Mamie and Ceola.

I'm back at it again and have run across Crumpton and Lavender in my
Sellers line. They are Kate Crumpton and Jane Lavender. I have found a
marriage record for Kate Crumpton and Sampson Moorer in February, 1888,
in Loundes Co., Alabama.
The 1870 Lowndes Co., Alabama census shows Jane Lavender as born in
Kentucky, probably around 1830-1835, but I have no idea what county.
Does anyone have anything which may link these family names?
AGNES, Thanks, We Need these Lowndes/Butler Co, AL census records to tell
which child had kids a certain age.
ALABAMA has land records from 1830's and you can trace some of these names
to a certain county where they bought land and then you need to follow
Another county was made from that land.
We have SMITH'S living with SELLERS in Butler and Lowndes Co - and I
believe, memory, a SMITH marriage in one of these counties.
I believe you have both of these AL pages to check for info - Reread-
Beg, Borrow, Buy, ?, Request these records we need to prove these
Also contact and read the info from the Other Pages Linked on these pages
Their families live close , marie, iowa
